Customer Service and Return Policy
Cymbidium will work with the customer in order to provide a resolution in regards to any goods damaged during shipment. The customer is expected to contact Cymbidium within 48 hours of receipt of damaged goods. Cymbidium will work with the shipping company to resolve any problem. The customer is responsible to ship back to us the damaged goods within 1 week of the complaint. A refund will only be issued once the damaged goods are received and the complaint is settled with the shipper.
Cymbidium sells only quality plants. We do not regularly use pesticides for insect control but will use products such as Safer Soap and Neem Oil when necessary. We guarantee the quality of the plant at the time of shipment and will not offer any refunds once the plant is in the customer's care. We are available by phone and email if you have any questions in regards to growing your plants.
